TINLEY PARK, Illinois (April 3, 2017)—UGN, Inc. announces the selection of Kevin J. Bohan for the role of vice president of human resources.

Bohan joins UGN as a proven leader with international experience from world-class consumer packaged goods organizations across sales, marketing, and manufacturing. His specialties include talent management, succession planning, labor relations, employee engagement, leading change, and driving organizational performance.

Prior to joining UGN, Bohan served as senior director of human resources at a $2 billion foodservice business unit in Lake Forest, Illinois. He instilled the organization’s standards and best practices across several acquired organizations. His use of metrics improved decision making and business results.

“Kevin’s success in directing a large number of team members across numerous departments speaks to his leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,” says Peter Anthony, president and chief executive officer of UGN. “His ability to implement metrics that drive performance to achieve bottom-line results is an asset to UGN.”

Bohan spent 11 years in human resources at a $17 billion beverage company, where he led change management projects, built an employee engagement program, developed sophisticated recruiting initiatives, and improved team structure. These initiatives supported his former employer being named the 11th best global company for which to work.

“It’s exciting to join such an innovative, growth-focused company,” says Bohan. I look forward to supporting UGN in releasing the full potential of our team members as we deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
