Bohan joins UGN as a proven leader with international experience from world-class consumer packaged goods organizations across sales, marketing, and manufacturing. His specialties include talent management, succession planning, labor relations, employee engagement, leading change, and driving organizational performance.

Prior to joining UGN, Bohan served as senior director of human resources at a $2 billion foodservice business unit in Lake Forest, Illinois. He instilled the organization’s standards and best practices across several acquired organizations. His use of metrics improved decision making and business results.

The Production and Inventory Control Analyst analyzes, controls and ensures accuracy of inventory balances. Implement, maintain and improve cycle count program, working closely with Production Schedulers/Planners to reduce errors in counts and increase focus on root cause of perpetual inaccuracies. Ensures accountability of inventory through documentation, processes, procedure verification and system review. Summary

The Maintenance Technician II meets requirements of a Maintenance Technician I. Maintains production and facilities equipment by performing preventive, predictive, project and reactive maintenance services on all UGN machines and equipment as required by individual plant configurations.

Responsibilities:

The Payroll Coordinator coordinates and compiles payroll data to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for multiple UGN locations.
