UGN Somerset hosted a group of students as part of Pulaski County's "Career Craze" event. Plant manager Chris Hicks led a tour of the facility and spoke about career opportunities available through the company.
“Career Craze” is a Kentucky Community and Technical College System initiative that gives middle and high school students from across the state an opportunity to attend a hands-on camp focusing on technical careers.
Participating students were also given the opportunity to tour the GE plant in Somerset and attend a career presentation.
