UGN Inc., has hired Eric Kerkhoff as the vice president of human resources administration for its corporate offices. Eric succeeds Gary Felsten, who will retire later this year.
Kerkhoff most recently was the executive director of human resources in the Power Solutions unit of Johnson Controls. He has extensive experience, having worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Sara Lee and Unilever.
“Eric’s extensive human resources background and strong leadership abilities make him the ideal person for this position,” says Peter Anthony, CEO, UGN, Inc. “He brings years of valuable experience to UGN and we are excited to add such a talented individual to our team.”
He has managed HR teams in multi-site and multi-state environments, lending an expertise to the seven UGN locations in North America. He has experience in HR management, labor relations and negotiation, union avoidance programs, positive employee relations, and LEAN manufacturing.
Eric received his bachelor’s of business administration degree from Miami (Ohio) University.
